Whilst visiting our web site, we collect two groups of information, anonymous and personal.
We collect anonymous data when you visit our site. This does not identify you as a person, but lets us know how many pages have been viewed in a session, whether you have been referred from another site, what browser you are using etc. We monitor this information so we can respond to trends and improve our site.
We only collect personal information for a specific purpose e.g. when you email us with an enquiry or instruction. This information is only used to fulfil our duties as Domestic Energy Assessors.
We will not share any of our data, anonymous or personal with anyone else, unless legally obliged to do so e.g. police enquiries.
